This July, our youth will travel to Fayetteville, North Carolina, to serve with Harvest of Hope, an organization that helps communities address food insecurity while providing meaningful opportunities for service and learning.

During the trip, participants will learn about the realities of hunger and how we are called to care for our neighbors in need. Mornings are spent working together in local fields, gleaning fresh vegetables that are donated to area food banks and feeding programs. Often, the produce harvested through this effort reaches families’ tables within 24 hours.

Beyond the work itself, the experience offers youth the opportunity to grow in faith, build community, and see firsthand how simple acts of service can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
