Youth
St. Mary’s Youth Ministry
St. Mary’s youth ministry provides a loving community that accompanies and supports youth grades 6-12 on their faith journeys and energizes them to extend the love of Christ to the world.
Our Offerings for Youth
Our ministry creates a safe space for youth to explore who they are, discover their gifts, build meaningful friendships, and deepen their relationship with God. Supported by caring adults and encouraged by their peers, they are welcomed, valued, and empowered to be themselves.

Youth Group
Monthly gatherings built around fellowship, faith, food, and fun. Each year, youth explore a central theme through engaging activities, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences that help connect faith to everyday life.
Youth Bible Study
Monthly exploration of Scripture that encourages youth to ask questions and discover how God’s story speaks to their own lives. A new theme each year invites participants to engage with the Bible in fresh, relevant ways.
Confirmation
For youth in 8th grade and older, Confirmation offers an opportunity to deepen faith, explore the Episcopal tradition, and make a personal commitment to Christ. Through monthly gatherings, a retreat, and guided conversations, participants grow in discipleship and community as they prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation.
Registration for the 2026-2027 class is open through August 31. Contact our Director of Youth Formation to learn more.
Seasonal Social Events
A variety of social gatherings that encourage friendship, fun, and community throughout the year.
Serve in Worship
Youth are invited to share their gifts and participate in worship in ways that feel meaningful to them. Whether serving as an acolyte, reader, musician, or in another role, there are many opportunities to become more engaged in the life of the church through leadership and service.
Service Opportunities
Hands-on experiences throughout the year that help youth put their faith into action through service days in the community, donation drives, and service trips.

Adult Volunteers Welcome
Our youth ministry is enriched by parishioners who share their gifts, passions, experiences, and faith journeys with young people. Whether leading an activity, sharing a personal story, or supporting a ministry event, adults play an essential role in helping youth discover how God is at work in their own lives. Contact the Director of Youth Formation to learn more about getting involved.
