Adult communicants of St. Mary’s who feel called to serve as Lay Eucharistic Minister are urged to contact Rector John Miller or the Reverend Eleanor L. Wellford. LEMs are licensed by the Bishop to assist the clergy in the ministration of communion during worship as well as to deliver communion to the sick or those who are unable to attend public worship. Men and women who participate in this liturgical role receive training from our parish priests. Such training sessions are announced on this website and through the Newsletter.
