Master Chef Seminar

Ever wanted to take a leadership role in the St Mary’s kitchen but have been a little worried about cooking for 75? We’re here to help. Our fellowship committee needs folks to lead breakfasts and dinners.

For our January Parish Supper Bruin Richardson, one of our lead chefs, will conduct a seminar for folks who are interested in learning how to plan, shop for and cook a Parish Supper for 75 (or more).

The one hour seminar on Sunday, January 18, after the 11:00am service includes planning the menu for the January supper and discussing the logistics of cooking in the St. Mary’s kitchen.

On Tuesday the 20th those who can make it will meet to shop for the supper and do any pre-supper prep. Finally, on the 21st we will prepare the supper and hear the raves from the crowd.
